TROPICAL INSPECTIONS Is locally owned and operates in the Brevard County Area. Alan Bunch is a Florida State Licensed Inspector as well as a Registered Professional Inspector with FABI (Florida Association Building Inspectors). He is a "Certified Residential Thermographer".
Our goals are to supply our clients with a professional service at a reasonable price. We include with every Home Inspection performed, a Wind Mitigation Report and Thermal Scanning at no additional charge. Tropical Inspections provides professional and courteous advice to all our clients. We deliver you by email a professional report in a timely manner, within the same evening. Same-day service is important to our buyers because you need to make a decision in a timely manner. If you are purchasing a home with a pool, dock & seawall, you will receive a separate report for each. We do not overstuff our reports with multiple reports. Our reports are easy to read and understand. Our reports are sent to you in summary form, but if there is a technical question you need answering, please call us and you will receive your answers.
